1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship all over India with FREE SHIPPING
. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in two ways:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Please read Point #7 for important information.)
- Online Payment (Card, UPI, or Wallets) — Get an additional discount when you pay online!
3. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days; shipping times vary from product to product, based on demand and shipping location.
Possible Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
4. Do you provide a refund or return if I face any issue (like receiving a broken item) with the product?
Yes, you can return it within the 5-day return and refund policy. Please check that in our policy section.
Note: To be eligible for return, please make a video while opening the parcel for any defect/damage, also in case of issue with the product, make a separate video clearly showing the problem with the product.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. (NOTE: Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order through Email at hello@blinkgrab.com, or you can WhatsApp at 8130315191)
7. I placed my order with Cash on Delivery. What should I do next?
If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, please ensure you can receive calls from the BlinkGrab support team for order and address confirmation within 36 hours. “If you miss the call, your order could be canceled.“
